Treatment Agreement

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Global Hair and the client regarding hair transplant treatments and related services.

Article 4A – Cancellation and Modification of Consultations

The following conditions apply to all consultations for which payment has been made in advance: The client is entitled to a refund of the paid amount if the consultation is cancelled within 48 hours of booking. After this 48-hour period from booking, refunds are no longer possible. After these 48 hours, the consultation can be modified free of charge, provided the modification does not take place within 48 hours before the consultation date. If a modification or cancellation takes place within 48 hours before the consultation date, the deposit will be forfeited in full. By booking a consultation, the client agrees to these conditions.
